The software from this site allows u to run a changing background on your desktop. It cycles through pictures and changes the background pic every hour. It also creates a slideshow of pics that change every 10 seconds as your screensaver.
You can download the software and then use pics from your own computer or ones off the website as desktop backgrounds & screensavers.
