I got a job! YAY! I started work today at Convergys, I am now a high speed internet support center person. In other word I get to deal with silly Americans who can't figure out how to use their internet. I started training today, it will take 4 weeks and at the end of it I will be able to answer all silly questions and then some. LOL The company I actually work for is Comcast, just like when I was at Capital One the people who pay my paychecks are actually outsourcing from the service we provide for, in this case Comcast.
Comcast is a huge digital cable/internet/phone provider down in the states and Convergys here deals with their high speed internet and their video help.
So I'm hoping this job is less stressful than Cap One although I'm sure it will be and all in all Cap One wasn't so bad, I had some fun and made some good friends... so here's hoping I can have the same good experiences at Convergys.

Hi. I noticed your article here and I was wondering if you could give me some advice. I have a job interview with convergys on Thursday. I have no idea what to expect or prepare for. I didn't attend a university or community college, just finished high school. If you have time, I'd like to hear your insight...
