"The Way I See It"

"Recently I eavesdropped on a conversation between two twenty-something employees at a local Starbucks. I listened as the barista mused about his taste in music when the cashier asked him if he had ever heard of the song "Strawberry Fields Forever" After a pause the barista answered "No, can't say I ever heard that one before." That's when I knew there really was such a thing as a generation gap." - The Way I See It #52 (-Mary Chapin-Carpenter singer/songwriter)

Allright the Way I See It Starbucks seriously needs to come up with some new quotes. This is the same quote I have been getting since the original Gingerbread lattee back in November! I am getting quite sick of it!

For those of you who don't frequent Starbucks (I still don't consider myself a regualr, I don't carry the discount card adn I still refuse to use terms like viente, grande & tall.) on the sides of all their cups they publish these little "The Way I See It" quotes, they are generally thoughts on life or famous quotes from famous people on life. They are generally quite good and quirkly, the problem is when I receive the same ruddy quote for about 10 cups now! (This is more than I've drank from Starbucks in the past year, damn Gingerbread Lattees.) But still one would think I would've seen at least some variety over the past 2 months!
